Personalised Approach

Nutritional Therapy is personalised for you. I work with your specific goals, such as weight management, by providing personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations.

This approach focuses on your unique needs and objectives which are central to the plan that we create together.

The Consultation

Before your consultation, you will receive a health questionnaire and food diary to complete. These will be carefully analysed before your consultation, to consider potential nutritional imbalances. Certain tests may be recommended for you but the choice is always yours.

During your consultation, we will consider recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle and tailor them to your unique needs.
